Pecingină Ariadna the Nairobi of French translations.
If you are a fan of the Spanish movie La Casa de Papel (Money Heist), then you'll surely remember Nairobi and her funky movie role.
Now just imagine that Pecingină Ariadna is the Nairobi of the French translations 🙂
🎓 She graduated from the 'Faculty of Letters' in Cluj-Napoca where she studied French, English, and Portuguese.
Now she's again a student at CESI (Center of Excellence in Image Study) where she's working on her PhD thesis.
When her mood syncs with the weather she likes writing poems.
In one of her previous lives she must have been a 'novel or a poem' she says.
️️She also likes taking photos & listening to good French music.
☕ One day she'll open the 'Book Caffe' of her dreams where people will enjoy coffee & great books.
Looking for her vocation she wanted to get involved in the Mendeleev.me project. That was another good opportunity to learn new things related to chemistry.
Q: Ariadna why did you get involved in our project?
A: “I got involved in this project because I liked its idea and purpose.
I’m not really from the chemistry realm, but I believe that if you put in an ampoule of passion, dedication, and a little bit of hard work, you will get the chemical formula of success and you can do Everything.
It was a great honor to be part of Mendeleev family.“
Q: How would you like the education in Romania but also in the whole world to look like?
A: “I want it to be accessible to everyone, not only in theory but also in practice. At the moment I think that this is the most important aspect.
💻 This year we have experimented with a new way of learning, online, with no access to physical libraries, which means that we have to provide students with all the necessary resources for free online.
We are responsible for the future of our children.“
